The install instructions are different for the STANDARD and SUPER Pedestals. Please go to the appropriate sections. Other TIPS and TRICKS are listed after.

 

STANDARD Pedestal Initial Install:

If you are using our Standard Pedestal, assemble it according to the written instructions provided. If you are using an older version of our Standard Pedestal, you may have to drill one additional hole on each side before mounting the Mini PC. Follow this video for instructions.

Triple 360 STANDARD Wheel Deck Install:

IMPORTANT INFO:

PEDAL CALIBRATION - The pedals should be calibrated at the factory. However, if they need to be re-calibrated follow this procedure: While the PC is booted up, unplug the USB cable from the wheel/pedal set you wish to calibrate. Hold down the A & B buttons and push the pedals to the floor. Re-insert the USB cable and let go of buttons and pedals after 1 second. Each wheel/pedal set can be done the same way.

 

TIPS and other Info:

EXITING GAMES - Pressing the DPad EXIT button in will exit most games. Certain games may require holding the EXIT button down for a second or two. (Model 2 games are an example.)

FAVORITES - Long press the X controller button to add or remove games from the Favorites Menu. The X button is hidden under the left bottom corner of the Triple 360 Deck.

CHANGING AUDIO OUTPUT - If you are hearing sound from the PC itself and not your Arcade or TV speakers, then go to Settings - Tools Menu: Fix Sound will toggle through the available sound outputs and save the setting. Run it, test for sound and run again if necessary.

Updates and Connecting to WIFI - Updates are available in our SETTING MENU. Do NOT update anywhere else! The easiest way to get online is by plugging in an ethernet cable. However, if you need to use WIFI, that is an option. When you check for updates and are not connected to the Internet, Kiosk mode will be automatically unlocked. Then hit START and go to Network Settings to connect to your home WIFI. You'll select the SSID from the pop-up list and then go to password and enter it in. If successful, you will be able to Update from our green SETTINGS MENU.

This video is for our Super Sprint update, but the process is the same for all of our Batocera Builds (except you don't have to manually unlock Kiosk mode anymore - it will unlock when you check for updates, or use the Kiosk Toggle tool in the Settings - Tools menu.)

WINDOWS GAMES - While a long press of the EXIT button will force most Windows games to quit, it is best practice to use the various Quit menus to exit if possible. Short press of the EXIT button will most often be the ESC or BACK button in most games.
